We offer appointments by prior arrangement only. This has the advantage of eliminating long waiting times. It requires that you arrive promptly for your appointment, as we have reserved this time slot exclusively for you, thus saving you the waiting times often found elsewhere. If you miss a booked appointment, you will be charged in full, as we have reserved the time slot for you and therefore incur a financial loss.

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please cancel it at least 48 hours (*) in advance so that we can allocate the time reserved for you to someone else. If we do not cancel at least 48 hours (*) before the appointment, the full fee will be due and invoiced, without us having to prove any loss of earnings.
(*) Intensive couples counseling lasts 10 days.
Direct ordering is not possible. You contact us using the [link/method]. Contact formWe will discuss the content, structure, duration, and fee individually. After you have submitted the appointment confirmation form, you will receive the invoice for the total amount.
You transfer 20% of the total amount due 7 days after booking your appointment. The remaining 80% is due 10 days before your first appointment.
For full payment with one payment before the due date: 10% discount.
Should you require intensive couples counseling due to a COVID-19 If you have to cancel, we understand. You can then reschedule the intensive couples counseling later (within a maximum of 3 months).
Please note that booked sessions – e.g., half-day or full-day appointments – are binding. Even if you terminate the session early, the full fee is due, as this time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be reassigned at short notice.
